“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” ~ Maya Angelou

Daily life can be overwhelming. In these times, having someone to listen and talk to can provide needed comfort. I believe that for therapy to work, there must be a strong trusting relationship between therapist and client. This is why, in my work, I strive to help create the space where clients feel safe enough and comfortable enough to explore the concerns that are causing them distress.

I have been working in the field since 2005. In that time, I have worked with a wonderfully diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, trauma, etc.

I understand that, often times, the challenges we face in our present are being propelled by something we learned from our past. I strive to learn about a client’s unique lived experiences so I can better view their concerns through their lens.

I am a Master’s Limited Psychologist (MLP) in the state of Michigan. As such, I am under the direct supervision of Julie M. Davis, PhD, LP.To schedule an appointment, please call the main office at 269-459-1818. Please know that I am currently offering both in-person and telehealth therapy.
