Description

We’re hiring licensed mental health therapists to join our collaborative, therapist-centered practice. This 1099 role is a great fit for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful support without the administrative burden of running a solo practice.

Required Credentials

MLP / LLP, LPC, MSW, LMFT, or DLLP

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build positive, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Provide counseling and psychotherapy for children, teens, and young adults
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Consult with caregivers or family members when appropriate
  • Refer clients to external resources or specialists as needed
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold all confidentiality standards
  • Complete required CE credits per Michigan licensing standards
