Billing and Credentialing Assistant
Joey handles billing claims, sends invoices, handles payments, works through aging reports, and communicates with insurance. She assists the Practice Managers in credentialing to ensure that the therapists can bill insurance, and she keeps their information up to date for their CAQH and NPPES profiles. Joey also keeps therapist liability insurance up to date.
