Meredith Psychological & Testing Services is seeking a clinician (MLP/LLP, LPC, LMFT, DLLP, or MSW) to join our Wyoming, MI office as soon as possible. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate provider who is client-centered, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Our ideal candidate has experience working with children and adolescent clients. We also strongly encourage applicants with experience supporting racially diverse and LGBTQIA+ populations to apply.

Position Type

  • Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Part-time or full-time, with full scheduling flexibility
  • In-person and/or virtual sessions

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build positive, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Provide counseling and psychotherapy for children, teens, and young adults
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Consult with caregivers or family members when appropriate
  • Refer clients to external resources or specialists as needed
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold all confidentiality standards
  • Complete required CE credits per Michigan licensing standards

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to commute to (or relocate near) Wyoming, MI
  • Interest or experience in working with racially diverse and LGBTQIA+ clients
  • Existing, transferable caseload (preferred)

Education & Licensing Requirements

  • Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
  • Active Michigan licensure: MLP/LLP, LPC, LMFT, DLLP, or MSW
  • Compliance with all state CE and renewal requirements
