Meredith Psychological & Testing Services is seeking a clinician (MLP/LLP, LPC, LMFT, DLLP, or MSW) to join our Wyoming, MI office as soon as possible. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate provider who is client-centered, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Our ideal candidate has experience working with children and adolescent clients. We also strongly encourage applicants with experience supporting racially diverse and LGBTQIA+ populations to apply.
Position Type
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Part-time or full-time, with full scheduling flexibility
- In-person and/or virtual sessions
Responsibilities & Duties
- Build positive, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy for children, teens, and young adults
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Consult with caregivers or family members when appropriate
- Refer clients to external resources or specialists as needed
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold all confidentiality standards
- Complete required CE credits per Michigan licensing standards

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to commute to (or relocate near) Wyoming, MI
- Interest or experience in working with racially diverse and LGBTQIA+ clients
- Existing, transferable caseload (preferred)
Education & Licensing Requirements
- Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
- Active Michigan licensure: MLP/LLP, LPC, LMFT, DLLP, or MSW
- Compliance with all state CE and renewal requirements
