Therapy is for everyone, and my goal is to create a safe, inclusive, engaging, and non-judgmental space where you can be seen, heard, and empowered. I work collaboratively with individuals including young adults, adults, LGBTQ+ clients, people from marginalized communities, and those in recovery or managing active addiction to help navigate life’s complexities.
With ten years in the field, I’ve walked alongside clients coping with addiction and recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, suicidality, personality disorders, and relational challenges. In our work together, you’ll develop a clearer sense of direction, deepen your awareness, and build on your strengths to assist you to face current and future challenges with confidence and self-affirming skills.
I earned my Master’s degree from Western Michigan University and am licensed as a Master’s Limited Psychologist (MLP) in Michigan. I’m also certified as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CAADC) in Michigan, with extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment settings. As an MLP, I receive ongoing supervision from Julie Meredith Davis, Ph.D., LP, a fully-licensed psychologist.
I currently offer both in-person sessions and telehealth. I invite you to reach out when you’re ready to begin or continue your journey — you don’t have to walk it alone.
